| What Does a Commercial REALTORŪ Do? |

Commercial real estate professionals help clients buy,
sell and lease commercial properties. Some clients seek the expertise of a

A commercial real estate practitioner is a REALTORŪ only when he or she is
a member of the National Association of REALTORSŪ and agrees to adhere to

commercial REALTORSŪ have earned specialty designations, including Society

Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), General
Accredited Appraiser (GAA) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
