| Do you know or are you a person with a disability who owns a home, is employed or is actively seeking employment and lives in either Sangamon, Logan, Menard, Chrisitan, Macoupin or Montgomery county? If the answer is "yes" to all these questions and you are income eligible, there is an accessibility modification grant available.
